Delete Completely Sygic Folder from SDCARD or Internal SD
Copy "Sygic" + "Sygic13.1.4.apk" to your SDCARD or Internal SD
Install Sygic13.1.4 AND Don't run the app
On your computer open "mapdownloader" and download your map
Copy the downloaded map to SYGICMAPSxxx.xx.2013.03
